Welcome to Heritage Bank! This document contains important application instructions to help you open a Heritage Bank National Money Market Account and what to expect in the account-opening process.

Opening your Account

Access the appropriate application* on the previous page. Print the account application and complete it on the screen or in your personal handwriting. Sign and send your application to:

Here are some reminders to help us process your application as quickly as possible. We must have all appropriate information and signatures in order to open your account.

• Sign your application where applicable.
• Include your check or deposit information.
• Include a clear copy of each signer's unexpired photo ID plus one other form of identification for each signer.

Getting Started

When we have approved your signed application and deposit we will quickly establish your account and send you a welcome letter.   The welcome letter will include your account number and the information you need to start banking online, including instructions on accessing your account.

Ten checks will be sent to you and mailed within 5-7 days of your account opening.   You may order more checks by calling 1-800-245-4108 or emailing customer service at LoisTodd@heritageiowa.com .   If you request bill payment services, you will receive a separate letter with instructions on accessing that service.
